Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. 

No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

At Zion Mobile Massage, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and therapists. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct.

Massage therapy is a licensed healthcare and wellness service. Our therapists provide professional therapeutic massage only and do not offer or tolerate any illicit, sexual, or inappropriate services.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Requesting or suggesting sexual or illicit services.

Making sexual comments, jokes, gestures, or advances.

Intentional exposure of private areas beyond what is necessary for treatment.

Attempting to touch the therapist in an inappropriate or sexual manner.

Inappropriate physical contact or unwanted advances.

Lewd, threatening, intimidating, or abusive language or behavior.

Recording, photographing, or filming the therapist without prior written consent.

Any behavior that causes a therapist to feel unsafe, uncomfortable, threatened, or harassed.

If inappropriate behavior occurs:

Zion Mobile Massage reserves the right to immediately terminate the session without warning if a therapist experiences or witnesses inappropriate conduct.

In these situations:

The massage session will end immediately.

No refunds will be issued.

The client may be charged the full appointment fee.

Future appointments will be permanently refused.

Law enforcement may be contacted if warranted.

Professional Environment

Clients are expected to treat therapists with courtesy and respect at all times. Likewise, our therapists are committed to treating every client with professionalism, dignity, and respect while maintaining appropriate draping, clear communication, and professional boundaries throughout the session.

We provide massage therapy in homes, hotels, vacation rentals, offices, and event venues throughout Southern Utah. Service areas may be subject to travel fees.

Very little! We bring the massage table, fresh linens, music, and everything needed for your session.

Just have enough space for us to set up comfortably. Typically a 6x10 area will work.

Wear whatever is comfortable. Your therapist will explain the draping process before your session so you always feel safe and comfortable.
